I found out that the missing dll file, xlive.dll comes with the Microsoft Games for Windows LIVE installer. So I started searching for ways to download it off the Internet. After some time I found a package that contains the specific dll – and that is the Games for Windows Marketplace Client. I went to XBOX.com and downloaded the Games for Windows Marketplace Client.
